About Ros Kitson

Ros is a professional kinesiologist, accredited by the Kinesiology Federation and works as a therapist from the Wellbeing Centre in Newbury and Herongate Leisure in Hungerford.

Like many people, she got in to therapy work, through needing it herself.  In the mid 1990’s she experienced depression. "I was lucky enough to get through this with the help of friends and holistic professionals and came out of the experience much stronger more aware than I was before", she says of the experience.

After completing her recovery, she began to look to train in an aspect of “helping work”, in order to give something back and, in her own words, "provide the kind of help and support I had found so invaluable."

After training in counselling skills, she encountered kinesiology “by accident” and immediately realised that this was “the one” and booked onto her first course.

She now has qualifications in:

  • Touch for Health Kinesiology
  • 3-in-1 Concepts Kinesiology
  • Bates Kinesiology (Parts 1 & 2)
  • Nutrition
  • Anatomy & Physiology
  • Counselling Skills

She is also an Registered Practitioner with the Kinesiology Federation. The KF (Kinesiology Federation) is a professional unifying organisation for kinesiology practitioners and schools in the UK.

She has chosen to specialise in emotional healing and provides a safe, non-judgemental space for people to explore and release their blockages.
